**Job Title: Sales Associate**

**About OneMetric**: We're RevOps+HubSpot Elite partner consultants, helping companies utilize HubSpot to streamline and help their sales/marketing/business teams function at scale. We're bootstrapped yet sustainable, with our goals highly focused on revenue-enablement activities for our customers.We work with HubSpot and Salesforce customers to help them make the most out of their instances by streamlining marketing, sales, services, CS processes & reporting. We own the system so that you get to think about what your business needs next.

**Role Description**:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Gurugram. You will be responsible for generating meetings and business opportunities through the freelancing platform by writing compelling proposals and engaging with potential clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Crafting personalized and persuasive proposals on freelancing platforms ( Like: UpWork ) to secure client meetings
- Researching potential clients and identifying opportunities for outreach -Collaborating with the sales team to align proposal strategies with business goals
- Tracking and optimizing proposal performance to improve conversion rates -Assisting in maintaining strong client relationships and follow-ups

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
