We are looking for a friendly, well-spoken, and organized **Front Desk Receptionist** to be the face of CH EdgeMakers. You will be the first point of contact for walk-in visitors, parents, and students, handling inquiries and directing them appropriately.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors warmly
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the concerned departments
- Provide accurate information about course offerings and schedules
- Maintain front office cleanliness and decorum
- Manage student entry logs and appointment scheduling
- Coordinate with the counseling and admin teams for smooth operations

**Requirements**:

- Pleasant personality with good verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage front desk operations efficiently
- Polite, patient, and professional approach
- Fluency in Hindi and English
