- 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a digital marketer in B2B company - IT sector (preferred)
- Collaborative skills: Need to collaborate with multiple teams across the business including sales and marketing, product marketing, PR and senior executives.
- Communication skills: Developed written and verbal communication skills to help write engaging ad copies.
- Excellent spoken and written skills are crucial for presenting new products or features and writing engaging copy, telling product story for various marketing channels

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase leads.
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
