Key Responsibilities:
1. Machine Setup and Preparation: -Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to understand job requirements -Select appropriate materials and tools, ensuring proper dimensions and specifications -Set up and align workpieces on the CNC router table, securely fastening them using clamps or fixtures

2. Programming and Operation: -Program CNC routers using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software -Input and adjust cutting parameters, tool paths, and settings for accurate and efficient production -Operate CNC routers to cut, shape, and engrave materials per design specifications -Monitor machine operations, making necessary adjustments for consistent quality and productivity

3. Quality Control and Inspection: -Conduct regular quality checks of finished products to verify conformance to specifications -Detect and address deviations, defects, or issues during the machining process. -Maintain precision and accuracy in all fabricated parts -Check available materials and tools, and order necessary supplies

4. Maintenance and Troubleshooting: -Perform routine maintenance on CNC routers, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts. -Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical problems to minimize downtime. -Collaborate with maintenance and technical teams for complex repairs.

5. Safety and Compliance: -Adhere to safety protocols, guidelines, and regulations while operating CNC equipment -Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain a safe work environment -Report safety concerns, incidents, or near misses to supervisors

Qualifications and skills:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining is a plus

2. Proven experience as a CNC Router Operator or similar role

3. Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications

4. Familiarity with CNC programming and CAM software

5. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

6. Ability to use precision measurement tools

7. Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

8. Strong organizational and time management abilities

9. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

10. Strong knowledge of Fusion 360 Manufacturing is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
