**Job Description**:
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Creative Strategist to lead and manage our design team. As the Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative process, driving innovation, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional design solutions. Your role will involve managing a team of designers, setting artistic direction, freelancers and agencies, and collaborating closely with a with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leadership and Management:

- Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Set clear goals and expectations for the team, providing constructive feedback and guiding their professional development.
- Manage workload allocation, prioritize projects, and ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Encourage creativity, innovative thinking, and continuous improvement within the design team.
- Artistic Direction:

- Develop and maintain a cohesive and compelling artistic vision for the organization''s design projects.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies to ensure the team''s work remains relevant and impactful.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and brand management, to understand project requirements and align design strategies accordingly.
- Conceptualize and propose creative ideas, designs, and visual solutions to meet business objectives and engage target audiences.
- Design Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and implement design strategies, style guides, and brand guidelines that align with the organization''s goals and values.
- Oversee the end-to-end design process, from ideation and conceptualization to execution and delivery, ensuring consistency and excellence in design output.
- Review and provide feedback on design concepts, wireframes, mockups, and final deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and reflect the desired vision.
- Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers, as needed, to augment the design team''s capabilities and manage project overflow.
- Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including executives, product managers, marketers, and developers, to understand project objectives, timelines, and constraints.
- Present design concepts, strategies, and progress updates to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
- Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging cross-functional teamwork and facilitating seamless integration of design efforts with other departments.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Creative Strategist or in a similar creative leadership role, managing a team of designers.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work across multiple platforms and mediums.
- In-depth knowledge of design principles, trends, and best practices, with expertise in areas such as graphic design, UI/UX design, branding, and visual communication.
- Proficiency in design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate creative professionals.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to articulate design concepts and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor''s degree in design, visual arts, or a related field. A master''s degree or additional certifications would be a plus.
