Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos) across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Optimize content for each social media platform to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to maintain a cohesive brand voice and message.
- Analyze social media performance using metrics and analytics to drive improvement and growth.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages to build a loyal community.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in Social Media Optimization (SMO) or Social Media Marketing (SMM).
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and best practices for each.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs and how to optimize content for improved reach and engagement.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creative thinking and content creation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
