**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a talented and creative **Graphic Designer** to join our team. In this role, you will create visual content that communicates ideas, engages audiences, and promotes our brand. You’ll work on a variety of projects including digital media, print materials, branding, and advertising campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design visual content for digital and print media, including social media graphics, websites, brochures, presentations, advertisements, and product packaging.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to develop creative solutions and ensure brand consistency.
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders.
- Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Motion graphics and video editing experience (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and tools (Figma, Sketch).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Experience in brand development and corporate identity.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
