Project: This is a 3 million sq. ft. high-rise residential project in south Mumbai with a panoramic view of the racecourse, comprising of three 250 metres - 270 metres tall towers, 3 basements, and a nine-level podium structure with 60-70 habitable floors.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with the management system to ensure that the requirement of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 41001 (OHSAS 18001) for the client’s account are met.
- Liaising with the document management team to ensure an appropriate document control regime is in place.
- Overseeing the internal quality audit programme.
- Managing the programme of education and awareness for quality, health, safety and environmental management.
- Identifying, managing and delivering appropriate training on quality and HS&E when required.
- Implementing a programme of job hazard analyses across the property portfolio in the USA.
- Managing and reporting all HS&E incidents in line with Mace Macro YellowJacket requirements and with the client’s H&S service schedule.
- Providing quality and HS&E input to management reports.
- Advising on progress to quality and HSE targets.
- Providing HS&E leadership and establishing commitment by promoting best practices.
- Chairing meetings for the local HS&E advisory group and fire safety team.
- Ensuring that processes needed for the HS&E management system are established, implemented and maintained.
- Reporting the performance of the HS&E system and any need for improvement to the regional health and safety manager.
- Supporting and advising with regard to conducting accident, incident and dangerous occurrence investigations and cause analyses in line with the H&S service schedule.
- Reviewing accident and incident statistics, identifying trends and recommending preventive and corrective action in line with the H&S service schedule.

You have a degree qualification in safety and member of a professional body. You have major project experience. You have technical knowledge in the construction industry.

You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You will have experience delivering projects from start to completion within a consultancy industry and be poised to expand your own horizons, those of our clients and our ambitious people alike.
