A leading Real Estate Developer & Property Management Company in Bahrain seeks to employ Finishing Supervisor.
- Job Description:_
- Oversee and manage the execution of finishing works, including plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, and carpentry.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Monitor and control material usage and labor productivity.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Resolve technical issues and challenges on-site.
- Maintain accurate records of work progress and material usage.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality finishes.
- Oversee and facilitate the installation of flooring, doors, windows, ceilings, cabinetry, and other interior and exterior elements & MEP elements.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Oversee material testing to verify quality and suitability.
- Identify and rectify defects promptly.
- Qualifications:_
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in construction finishing or a related field.
- Proven experience in civil finishing supervision.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Valid GCC driving license
