Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Domain Architect to define and drive the architectural vision for our product ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical knowledge, strong business acumen, and a passion for mentoring teams and influencing architecture at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop overall product architecture vision that is also aligned with IT infrastructure.
- Drive guidelines & policies to govern product development efforts.
- Ensure efficient interaction of product landscape.
- Ensure overall quality of the software architecture of my product area.
- Create architecture blueprints.
- Maintain overall state and foresee future needs in IT and technology.
- Help product teams in their daily work and maintain hands-on technical expertise.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:

- Strong working experience as software architect, ideally in e-commerce context.
- Excellent knowledge in COTS customer care systems, Freshdesk and integration between these systems.
- Excellent knowledge of architecture approaches/paradigms and technology alternatives (esp. RESTful API, Even-driven design).
- Excellent ability of understanding problem domain both from business and technical perspective and design solutions for it.
- Profound organizational, communication, conflicts resolving skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge in AWS SNS/SQS, various data stores.
- Demonstrated knowledge in JVM tech stack (Java/Kotlin, Spring Framework, etc.), React/Next.js.
- Demonstrated knowledge in driving project and agile methodologies.
- Excellent technical leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
