**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and schedule seat installation projects, considering factors such as project timelines, resources, and client requirements.
- Coordinate and lead the installation team, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support.
- Ensure that seat installation is carried out according to project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections to assess installation readiness, identify potential issues, and develop solutions to overcome challenges.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to communicate project updates, resolve issues, and ensure project alignment.
- Maintain accurate records of installation progress, materials used, and any modifications made during the process.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment for the installation team and other stakeholders.
- Perform quality control checks on completed installations to verify that they meet the required standards and client expectations.
- Manage inventory and logistics of materials, tools, and equipment required for installation.
- Train and onboard new installation team members, ensuring they are familiar with processes, safety guidelines, and project expectations.
- Provide regular reports to higher management regarding project status, challenges faced, and potential improvements.
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of required materials and supplies for installation projects.
- Maintain a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices related to cinema hall and auditorium seat installations.
