**Job Title: Cashier - Cafe Coffee House**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cash Handling & Sales Management**:

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by **actively upselling and cross-selling** products.
- Track daily sales and prepare reports.

**Customer Engagement & Satisfaction**:

- Greet and interact with customers to enhance their experience.
- Handle customer queries and complaints with a professional approach.
- Ensure excellent service quality and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

**Inventory & Purchasing**:

- Monitor stock levels and manage inventory efficiently.
- Oversee **Net purchasing** and coordinate with vendors for timely supply.
- Ensure mínimal wastage and cost control.

**Staff & Operations Management**:

- Assist in staff scheduling, training, and supervision.
- Ensure all team members follow hygiene and service standards.
- Maintain overall smooth operations in the café.

**Sales**:

- Work towards achieving **monthly sales target**:

- Suggest promotional strategies to boost sales.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in sales, customer service, or food & beverage industry.
- **Skills Required**:

- Strong sales ability and upselling techniques.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and purchasing.
- Familiarity with POS systems and handling cash/card payments.
- **Personality**: Friendly, proactive, and efficient in multitasking.

**Salary & Benefits**:
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)

**Daily Responsibilities**:
Greet customers and manage the billing counter.

Scan and bill items accurately using the POS system.

Handle cash, card, and digital payments.

Provide receipts and pack items neatly for customers.

Maintain cash register and daily sales records.

Assist with stock display near the counter when needed.

**Requirements**:
Basic math and computer skills.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Prior cashier or retail experience is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Punctual, honest, and attentive to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
