Key Responsibilities
- Accurately handle cash, card, and digital transactions at the billing counter.
- Process guest bills efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ensure accurate daily cash reconciliation and maintain transaction records.
- Provide guests with detailed receipts and resolve billing queries promptly.
- Collaborate with the service and operations teams to ensure smooth payment processes.
- Monitor and maintain the security of cash and other payment methods.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization at the cashier station.
- Prior experience as a cashier, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems, digital payment platforms, and billing software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Honest, trustworthy, and able to handle high-pressure situations.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus.
