**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide skincare consultations and suggest personalized beauty routines.
- Stay up-to-date with current beauty trends, products, and techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards for all tools, testers, and workstations.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and product loyalty.
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.
- Assist with merchandising, restocking, and organizing the beauty section.
- Participate in in-store promotions, events, and product launches.
- Adhere to store policies and procedures, including loss prevention and customer service protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a makeup artist, preferably in a retail or salon setting.
- Certification in cosmetology or makeup artistry (preferred but not required).
- Strong knowledge of makeup products, tools, and skincare.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for beauty and helping others.
