About the Role

Bellies2Babies is seeking a talented Creative Art/Set Director for Set Design and Product Styling. This role demands exceptional creativity and the ability to design and execute high-quality sets for maternity, newborn, and baby photoshoots. You will lead a team of interns and work collaboratively to create unique, award-winning concepts that tell compelling stories.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in set design, product styling, and art direction.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Experience with arts and crafts or DIY projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Key Responsibilities:

- Creative Vision: Direct and tailor the creative vision for each photoshoot.
- Set Design: Design and execute 2-4 high-quality sets daily.
- Styling: Style props, outfits, and accessories.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor interns.
- Project Management: Manage timelines and resources, source props.
- Quality Assurance: Review and approve all creative outputs.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with photographers and makeup artists.
- Client Meetings: Understand and implement client vision.
