**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and CRM Management**:
Pull and organize contact lists from various sources.

Enrich and maintain CRM databases with accurate and relevant data unavailable through standard tools like ZoomInfo.

Verify direct mail addresses for accuracy and deliverability.
- **Content Creation**:
Write blogs and articles for company websites.

Create and manage employee social media posts, e.g.: Instagram.
- **Website and Digital Marketing**:
Perform website cleanup tasks using insights from tools like “SEMrush”.

Conduct competitor analysis and monitor marketing trends.
- **Market Research**:
Identify relevant publications, associations, and market opportunities.

Research and document insights into competitors and industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in tools like SEMrush, Excel, and marketing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with content writing and social media management.
- Understanding of direct mail marketing processes.
