**Job Description - Event Supervisor**

The **Event Supervisor** is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of events, ensuring all aspects are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with the event plan. This role involves supervising on-site teams, coordinating vendors, managing logistics, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown across multiple venues
- Coordinate with vendors, decorators, caterers, and technical teams for timely delivery of services
- Monitor adherence to event timelines, layouts, and safety protocols
- Oversee guest movement, crowd control, and general event flow
- Address on-site issues and resolve operational challenges in real-time
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of all event areas
- Prepare post-event reports and feedback for continuous improvement
- Act as the on-ground point of contact for clients and senior coordinators

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong leadership and team supervision skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Understanding of event production, logistics, and vendor coordination
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and late nights

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in event operations or site supervision

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
