**What you’ll do**
- Own the performance metrics for entire ticket journey
- Execute complex daily operations to ensure customer promise for ultrafast ticket processing
- Understand the operational needs quickly to innovate and simplify the ticketing process so as to have better Customer Experience at agreed SLA
- Manage a team of 60 members across multiple sub-teams
- Map business requirements, understand business process, study and analyze workflows, design solutions and prepare functional specifications (prior experience with a workflow management solution like Hubspot is a plus)
- Work with product team to build and automate features to improve internal team productivity, reduce escalations and improve customer experience
- Be data driven, develop and report performance metrics, executive updates, forecasting, budgeting and analysis to identify potential opportunities for improving customer ticketing experience
- Design, develop, pilot & rollout team wide programs around performance improvement, cycle time improvement for claims
- Developing standard operating procedures

**Requirements**:
**What you’ll bring**
- MBA from tier 1 institutions
- 7+ years of total work experience in an operations role managing a team of associates / team leaders
- Proven track record of leading process improvement through automation and product feature roll outs
- Prior experience in an early stage company is preferred
- Very strong with data and performance metrics
