**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle CLM, RFQ, and billing-related work, preferably for Tata Steel / Jusco
- Manage PF-ESI tasks including UAN generation, challan preparation, etc.
- Execute HR-related duties like maintaining leave records, bonus calculations, and full-and-final settlements
- Maintain and operate MS Word and Excel documents efficiently

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience in a similar administrative or HR support role
- Strong understanding of PF-ESI processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and time management abilities

**Work Environment**:
The job location is centrally based in **Baradwari (Sakchi)** and offers a respectful and growth-oriented workplace environment.
