**Reports To**: Marketing Lead / Head of Operations

**About Rising Sun**:
Rising Sun Child Development Center is a growing network of early intervention centers supporting children with developmental needs such as Autism, ADHD, speech and language delays, and more. With multiple branches in **Hyderabad and Chennai**, our multidisciplinary approach empowers children through Occupational Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Psychological support.

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic **Social Media Marketing Intern** who’s passionate about building communities, spreading awareness, and driving engagement through content. This role offers hands-on experience in branding, digital strategy, and storytelling in the healthcare and education space.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating and curating content (posts, reels, stories, carousels) for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Collaborate with the internal team to highlight therapies, events, milestones, and awareness campaigns.
- Draft captions and select hashtags aligned with brand tone and SEO practices.
- Monitor engagement (likes, comments, shares) and suggest ways to grow audience reach.
- Assist in basic design using Canva or other tools for social graphics and posters.
- Research trends in child development, early intervention, and wellness to create relevant content themes.
- Help with social media calendar planning and scheduling.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing a degree in **Marketing, Mass Communication, Psychology, or any related field**.
- Strong interest in digital content, storytelling, and child development themes.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools) preferred.
- Good writing and communication skills.
- A creative mindset and ability to work independently and in a team.
