Co-Founder (Digital Marketing) - B2B Startup

Location: Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, NCR (preferred)

About Us: We are an exciting B2B startup on a mission to empower manufacturers across India by helping them establish robust and efficient distribution channels. Our innovative platform connects manufacturers with potential distributors, enabling them to expand their reach and drive growth. We are seeking a talented and experienced Co-Founder with a strong background in digital marketing to join our passionate team and drive the success of our startup.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the founding team to develop and execute the overall marketing and growth strategy for the company.
- Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and attract manufacturers and distributors to our platform.
- Conduct market research to identify target manufacturers and develop targeted marketing strategies to reach them effectively.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts for maximum results.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing techniques to ensure our platform remains at the forefront of innovation.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the digital marketing space, preferably in B2B marketing.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive lead generation and business growth.
- Experience in identifying and targeting specific industry segments and developing marketing campaigns to reach them effectively.
- Proficient in data analysis and utilizing insights to optimize marketing efforts and drive results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a startup environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
