Role Description – YouTube Actor (Full-Time, Remote)

We're looking for a bold and charismatic YouTube Actor to be the face of The Unfiltered Startup's channel.

This isn't just about reading scripts — it's about owning the stage, sparking conversations, and making startup stories binge-worthy.

You'll:

Act and present in high-energy, engaging video content (both scripted and impromptu).

Collaborate with our IIT Delhi-founded team to bring research-backed, trend-driven narratives to life.

Be the on-screen voice for entrepreneurs, helping decode complex business topics into entertaining, share-worthy content.

Work with creatives to experiment with formats (skits, storytelling, case studies, explainers).

Help shape the channel's identity as the go-to YouTube hub for unfiltered business truths.

This is a chance to grow your personal brand on YouTube while building with a visionary IIT Delhi startup team.

Qualifications

Strong on-camera presence & acting/presentation skills.

Experience with YouTube content creation (personal channel, collaborations, or brand work).

Creative storytelling abilities with a knack for turning data into drama.

Video production/editing knowledge (bonus, not mandatory).

Self-driven, curious, and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced startup culture.

Degree in Film, Media, Communications, or similar is a plus — but passion > paperwork.
