**Short Description**:
The key purpose of the role is to manage engagement with marketing stakeholders and effectively drive product release contents and expected product capabilities/customer journey for various consumer facing digital properties at Hero. The role will own solutions/ products needed for Sales and Loyalty functions for Hero’s domestic business from conceptualize, design, solution and implementation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The role has the responsibility of working with relevant cross functional teams in IT, Sales, Service for end to end tech capability development for Sales and Loyalty functions function.

The role will have one foot in the daily work of the Scrum teams, and one foot in the future. The role will visualize, plan and execute consumer journey which users love.

In the daily routine the product owner will work with teams of engineers, designers, Sales function, analytics experts and user experience and visual designer to build tech capability.

Create shared vision of their respective solutions and facilitate decision making and recommend appropriate solutions.

**Skills Information**:

- At least 3 years in Product Management at a product company
- Knowledge in WCM, DAM, and Analytics
- Strong knowledge and understanding on digital lead funnel management, UI/UX and analytics
- Good understanding of SEO
- End to end understanding of Traffic
- lead - conversion journey and has hands on experience on the same
- Worked on Product Development, strategy & execution
- Ability to think strategically and execute with a keen eye for details
- Knowledge of Agile tools (Confluence, JIRA)
- Good communication, MIS and MS-excel skills
- Tech evangelist, Transversal, Change Management, Executive presence, Influencer, Project Management***
