- 1.7 yrs (Insurance or Banking Experience mandatory)
**Languages**:
- English & Malayalam / Tamil / Telugu

**Shift**:
- Day shift (6 days working, Rotational week off)
**Salary**: 27k - 33k
**Work Location**:
- Hebbal, Bangalore.
**Roles and responsibility**:
- **Problem Resolution**: Resolve customer complaints, issues, or concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Product Information**: Provide customers with clear and accurate information about banking products such as savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and other financial services.
- **Transaction Assistance**: Assist customers with online banking services, including bill payments, fund transfers, and other transactional services.
- **Compliance & Security**: Ensure that all customer interactions comply with banking regulations, security protocols, and company policies.
- **Issue Escalation**: Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or relevant departments as necessary.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the system.
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
