**Responsibilities to Handle**:

- Plan, organise and conduct experiments to optimise processes and production performance
- Prepare electroplating machinery for use
- Operate complex plating equipment
- Maintain and repair electroplating equipment
- Select metals and solutions for each plating
- Keep records of electroplating projects
- Maintain metal and solution inventories and Chemical Handling
- Trouble shooting of Cadmium, Zn Ni and EN Plating.
- Estimate budgets for plating projects
- Evaluate trend charts to maintain and improve process and chemical capability
- Monitor yield and defect data to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Evaluate new materials for enhanced process improvement or cost improvement.
- Evaluate new consumable materials for cost reduction and/or process improvement.
- Monitor downstream parameters, identify issues and react where possible
- Qualify equipment sets for production
- Compliance with health and safety policy and procedures
- Ensuring the Laboratory analysis report.
- Support for water management in plating process
- Cross verifying the TDS update and set process accordingly
- Ensuring the Process Validation for Cadmium, Zn Ni, EN and Gold Plating
- Knowledge of Hull Cell Process

**Required Qualification & Experience**:
**Qlfy : ITI(Electro Plating)/DME/B.Sc./M.Sc in Chemical with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.**
