**Job Title: Admission Officer**

**Interview Location - 2nd Floor, Madhuri Bhawan, Jamal Road, Patna-800001**

**Job Location: Bettiah and Siwan Campuses, Subhwanti Group of Institutions**

**Eligibility: BBA Fresher & MBA (Marketing) Fresher**

CTC: as per institute norms

**Requirements**:
3. Experience: Demonstrable experience in sales, preferably with 3 to 4 years of experience.

4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in the local language for effective interaction with prospective students and parents.

5. Hard Working Ability: Proven ability to work diligently, especially in a target-driven environment.

6. Sales Skills: Strong convincing power and persuasive skills to enroll prospective students.

7. Educational Background: Minimum education qualification of a Bachelor's degree preferred.

8. Knowledge of Courses: Familiarity with the courses offered at both Bettiah and Siwan campuses:

- Bettiah Campus: Polytechnic Engineering, Law Courses, B.Tech Engineering, and Pharmacy Courses.
- Siwan Campus: Teachers Training Courses, Nursing Courses, and Management Courses.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and target potential students for enrollment in various courses offered by Subhwanti Group of Institutions.

2. Conduct outreach activities, including but not limited to, door-to-door visits, shop-to-shop campaigns, and community events to generate leads.

3. Provide detailed information about the courses, facilities, and benefits of studying at Subhwanti Group of Institutions to interested individuals.

5. Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students and provide regular updates to the admissions team.

6. Collaborate with other members of the admissions team to meet enrollment targets and achieve overall organizational objectives.

7. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance sales and communication skills.

8. Represent Subhwanti Group of Institutions professionally at all times and uphold its reputation in the community.
