**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to oversee the organization’s online marketing campaigns and initiatives. The role involves creating, implementing, and optimizing strategies to drive online traffic, improve brand visibility, and achieve business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
○ Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

○ Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.

○ Perform keyword research to optimize website content and metadata.

○ Monitor and improve website rankings on search engines.

○ Collaborate with the design team to create visuals and multimedia content.

○ Work in collaboration with the Social Media team to grow the company’s social media presence.

○ Plan and execute creative campaigns to enhance engagement and brand awareness.

○ Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others to track and analyze website traffic and campaign performance.

○ Prepare periodic reports on ROI, KPIs, and other metrics for management.

○ Monitor ad spend and ensure alignment with budget and business goals.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing (3+ years).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Digital Marketing, HubSpot Certification).
- Experience with graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
