**Experience Range (Yrs.)**

Min 3-5 Years of coaching experience preferably at State or National camps, reputed Table Tennis academies, University, college or school teams.

**Essential Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education / Sports Science / equivalent
- NIS Diploma / SAI certification in Athletics Coaching
- Minimum 3-5 years of coaching experience at school / college / university level
- Proven record of training athletes in track & field events
- Effective communication skills (English and Hindi)

**Desired Qualification**
- Master’s degree in Physical Education / Sports Management.
- Prior experience coaching at school / university / district / state level
- Exposure to strength & conditioning programs, sports science integration
- Knowledge of first aid and sports injury management

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Design and implement training programs for athletics (track & field)
- Identify, nurture, and develop student-athlete talent
- Plan and supervise practice sessions, drills, and conditioning
- Ensure athlete participation in inter-university and state / national competitions
- Collaborate with faculty, physiotherapists, and strength trainers
- Maintain discipline, motivation, and holistic development of athletes
- Track performance metrics and submit progress reports

- Athlete management and team-building skills
- Event preparation and competition readiness
- Time management and organizational skills
- **Experience in coaching and mentoring women athletes, with sensitivity to their specific physical, psychological, and social needs in a competitive sports environment**

- Event management and tournament organization
- Knowledge of athlete nutrition, recovery, and psychological readiness
- Data-driven training analysis and video-based feedback
- Sports psychology knowledge
- Networking with Universities, AFI, selectors, and event organizers
