- Ensure and maintain supplier and sub-contractor evaluation and re-evaluation as per plan
- Ensure the supplier and sub-contractor selection process.
- Supplier co-ordination for technical aspects
- Follow and collect the PPAP and other documents and records from sub-contractor and supplier as per requirement.
- Ensure the supplier and sub-contractor end process verification and follow-up (Trial,..etc)
- Maintain ERP/SAP/Excel systems
- Preparation, Review, updating and maintenance of Quality Manual & Procedures.
- Issue of Quality manual and Quality System Procedures.
- Implementation of quality systems.
- Review of document & data control, making current version available, precludes use of obsolete documents and identifying nature of change.
- Control of quality records by means of identification, collection, indexing, disposition, and retention time.
- Liaison with external agency for ISO /TS 16949 certification
- Conducting the internal quality management system audit as per schedule, recording non-conformities, verification of effectiveness of corrective actions against non-conformities.
- Conducting the management review meeting and reporting the findings of internal quality audit, effectiveness of the QMS and any need for improvement to the top management.
- Ensuring Promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the company (Including score card)
- Ensure on-the-job training for sub-ordinates
- Establish and control the documents and records
- Weekly review with sub-ordinate.
- Customer complaint handling and co-ordination
- All existing customers audit self-assessment and new customer self-assessment preparation and co-ordination
- All stages implantation approval gets from HOQA
- All customer related document co-ordinate with in-house team and share to customer (SPC, Layout, Traceability, Tool life, 8D, IMDS and self-assessment, etc.)
- MOP follow-up
- Customer feedback matrix preparation and analysis discussion
- Deviation follow-up to customer end
- Discussion with team members daily for updation of daily status.
