Front Desk Receptionist

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Ensure the office area is organized and maintained.
Provide administrative support to the operations and relocation teams.
Maintain relocation documents, invoices, and files.
Maintain office supplies inventory.
Schedule appointments, pickups, and deliveries as required.
Assist in data entry, record keeping, and database updates.
Follow up with clients for required documents or feedback.
Support the HR and Finance departments with basic tasks when needed.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Admin Assistant, or similar role
Familiarity with office equipment (e.g. printers, scanners, etc.)
Basic knowledge of relocation or logistics industry is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
