This role is focused primarily on designing **static creatives** for digital campaigns, product marketing, and branding across platforms like Meta, Google, and in-app surfaces. **Key Responsibilities**: **Creative Asset Development**: - Create platform-specific ad creatives for Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Display - Develop visuals for infographics, explainers, decks, and other marketing materials **Campaign & Brand Design Execution**: - Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all channels - Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver high-quality design assets - Optionally contribute to video edits or simple motion graphics when needed. **Workflow & Collaboration**: - Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews with the team - Stay updated on design trends, platform guidelines, and AI tools to enhance efficiency **Requirements**: - Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in graphic design for Ads (digital or print) - Strong portfolio showcasing static creatives across marketing channels and platforms - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva - Understanding of ad formats and creative best practices for Meta and Google - Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to take feedback constructively. **Bonus**: - Experience with video editing and motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) - Familiarity with AI-based design tools like Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or Midjourney.
