This is a remote position.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**- Collaborating with the marketing team to understand the target audience and goals of each campaign and incorporating these insights into your designs.-
- Deliver graphics packaging for sports news and media content as per content strategy-
- Develop and deliver appealing thumbnails that help the content to achieve targets on subscription, views and engagement-
- Create Motion Graphics videos as and when required with a keen sense that Delivers the message in the most simple way while also appealing to the audience that we cater to.-
- Maintaining a consistent brand identity across all visual materials.-
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines-
- Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure that design needs are met and expectations are clear.**Requirements**:
- A degree in graphic design or a related field, or equivalent work experience-
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and AfterEffects-
- Working knowledge of animation tools like Adobe Animate and Cinema 4D will be preferred.-
- Experience creating digital and print marketing materials, with a portfolio that showcases your design skills and understanding of marketing concepts-
- Familiarity with web design principles and HTML/CSS coding (preferable but not mandatory)-
- Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and the ability to design with the end user in mind (preferable but not mandatory).-
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills-
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously-
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing and the ability to create designs that align with affiliate marketing strategies and goals.-
- At least 2-3 years of experience in graphic design for social media content, graphic novels or game design.-
- Someone who is passionate about latest trends in Design & Motion Graphics/Ability to break molds and formats of one’s own previous work.Graduate
