Operation role.
- Assisting in the maintenance of accurate deal pipeline reporting and ongoing monitoring of portfolio.
Develop and execute in deals operations across diverse scenarios, including NCD structures, vanilla balance sheet funding, sub-debt, securitization of receivables, and acquisition financing.
Ensured strong communication and relationships with, Stock Exchange, Depository and Trustees.
Reconciled income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows, ensuring alignment with operational and financial metrics.
**Pre-requisite**:
- Graduate / Post graduate
More than 3years in operation.
Excellent communication - written & Spoken, and proactive.
Impeccable research, quantitative and analytical skills
Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel
An effective leader with capabilities in motivating teams and maintaining deliverables as per the defined guidelines along with elevating service standards for technical/operational excellence
