We are hiring **Telecallers** to join our dynamic team at **Giichi IT Solution Pvt Ltd**. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Handle inbound customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain good relationships with clients through professional communication.
- Meet daily and monthly targets set by the team leader or manager.
- Report feedback and market trends to the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- 0-2 years of experience in Telecalling, Sales, or Customer Support (Freshers can apply).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools is a plus.
- Positive attitude, patience, and the ability to handle pressure.
- Must be available to work on-site at our Indore office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
