**Job Summary**

We are seeking a proactive and skilled **IT Recruiter** with over 2 years of experience in hiring IT professionals to join our HR team at our **Thousand Lights, Chennai** office. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top IT talent while collaborating closely with hiring managers to fulfill organizational goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Talent Sourcing**:

- Identify and attract top IT talent using job portals, professional networks, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Build a strong talent pipeline to meet the company’s current and future IT hiring needs.
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate technical expertise, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.
- **Full-Cycle Recruitment**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
- **Collaboration with Stakeholders**:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define hiring criteria, and provide recruitment insights.
- Keep stakeholders updated with recruitment progress and market insights.
- **Recruitment Metrics and Reporting**:

- Monitor and report recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, source efficiency, and offer acceptance rates.
- Leverage data insights to improve hiring strategies.
- **Employer Branding**:

- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment drives.
- Promote the company’s brand and culture to attract high-caliber IT talent.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Proven expertise in hiring for IT roles like Software Developers, Digital marketing, Data Scientists, etc.
- **Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of IT technologies and terminologies (e.g., Java, Python, Cloud, AWS, etc.).
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities with a results-driven approach.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Hands-on experience in sourcing niche IT talent.
- Certifications like LinkedIn, Naukri.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, Boolean search, and advanced sourcing methods.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
