Commission-Based Job

**Roles and Responsibilities**

1. Making outbound calls to prospective clients to share information about our services.

2. Building rapport with potential clients and addressing their query.

3. Following up with leads from marketing techniques.

4. Collaborating with the clients to achieve goals.

5. Providing feedback to the technical team for enhancing tele calling efforts.

**Requirements and Skills**

1. Communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi.

3. Strong phone etiquette and customer service abilities.

4. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

5. Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office and Excel.

6. Prior experience in construction service or tele calling is a plus.

**What We Offer**

1. If monthly sales are up to ₹400K, commission is 3% of sales (exclusive of GST).

2. If monthly sales exceed ₹1000K, commission is 5% of sales (exclusive of GST).

**Qualification**

1. Interest in the Sales field

2. 12th from a recognized board/Diploma/Graduate.
