In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, promoting our luxurious offerings, and scheduling appointments and meetings for our sales and marketing teams. *Key Responsibilities:*

**⁠ ⁠Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and provide information about The Turban Resorts & Spa’s services and packages.**

**⁠ ⁠Effectively communicate and present the unique features and benefits of our resort and spa to potential customers.**

**⁠ ⁠Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients and the sales team, ensuring all parties are informed of details.**

**⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, meetings scheduled, and client interactions within our CRM system.**

**⁠ ⁠Follow up with leads and clients after initial contact to nurture relationships and maximize conversion rates.**

**⁠ ⁠Address client inquiries and resolve any concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance client experience.**

**⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the marketing team to stay updated on the latest offerings and promotional campaigns.**

*Qualifications:*

**⁠ ⁠High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communication, marketing, or a related field is a plus.**

**⁠ ⁠Proven experience in telecalling or in a customer service role is preferred.**

**⁠ ⁠Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.**

**⁠ ⁠Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.**

**⁠ ⁠Excellent negotiation skills and ability to persuade clients positively.**

**⁠ ⁠Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently while being part of a team.**
