Job Title: Plating Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise Rhodium Plating Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the rhodium plating department, including supervising plating operators, monitoring production schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

2. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure rhodium-plated products meet customer specifications and industry standards.

3. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot rhodium plating equipment, including tanks, pumps, and rectifiers, to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

4. Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of rhodium plating operators, providing training, guidance, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.

5. Process Improvement: Continuously monitor and improve rhodium plating processes, including developing and implementing new procedures and techniques to increase efficiency and quality.

6. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards, including maintaining a safe working environment and providing training to employees on safety procedures.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a rhodium plating or metal finishing environment, including supervisory experience in jewellery industry.

2. Strong knowledge of rhodium plating processes, including electroplating and electroless plating.

4. Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, and customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
