A high tech In house product testing facility is there to carry out most of the crucial tests which are needed to be done as per each industry’s requirements.
Along with Plating on Plastics, SPPGP has setup top quality moulding machines with presses ranging from 100 tons to 650 tons. Plastic mould tool and die manufacture is also offered in-house, providing its clients with cost effective mould-making. So in a nutshell SPP Galvano Plast LLP is providing Total Solutions to all its clients’ Plating on Plastic needs.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate injection molding machines to produce plastic parts according to production schedules and quality standards.
- Monitor machine operations, including temperature, pressure, and cycle time, to ensure proper functioning and production output.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery, such as cleaning molds and replacing worn components, to prevent downtime and maintain equipment efficiency.
- Inspect finished parts for defects and make necessary adjustments to machine settings to correct issues and ensure product quality.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for oneself and others.
- Complete production reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team members, including supervisors, engineers, and quality control personnel, to optimize production processes and resolve production issues.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience operating injection moulding machines in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to manipulate small parts and operate machinery.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
