**Job Summary**:
The Production Supervisor oversees daily manufacturing operations to ensure production schedules are met efficiently and safely. This role is responsible for supervising production staff, ensuring quality standards, maintaining equipment, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, train, and evaluate production line employees.
- Monitor production workflows to meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with planning, quality, and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and resolve production issues.
- Track and report production metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
- Maintain proper documentation, including shift reports, performance records, and incident logs.
- Enforce company policies and discipline procedures fairly and consistently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
