**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job Title**: Social Service Executive

**Location**:Raipur - Chattisgarh

**Work timings**: 8.15am - 4.30pm

**Key Responsibilities: -**
- **Govt. office-related work -**Liaising with the Nodal, BEO Office, and DEO office regarding their requirement, following up with them for the scholarship, Textbooks, renewal of affiliation, etc.
- **Admissions Process -** Identifying new villages for the admissions as per the poverty criteria of the School for the admission of children in KG and backfill in various grades.
- Identify eligible students for admission to KG or required any other classes.
- Reading out the contents of CHAN parent commitment letter, Engagement letter, and taking their consent before admission.
- **Students Transport -** Preparing the route for students’ transportation, deciding the pickup points, and timings as and when required. Follow up with the drivers for the attendance record to be maintained in the buses. The route and the pick-up and drop timings are to be shared with the parents of our students.
- **CHNR Health Program-**
- Planning and implementing the CHAN health program.
- Planning the student’s vaccination program DPT and TT.
- Monitors the documentation of health records of students at school.
- Half-yearly health check-up program track report.
- Plan and implement the student service-learning program for the students of CH India
- **Documentation -**Planning and preparing the required formats to maintain records of students, family details, and other statistical information.
- Verification of birth certificates, address proof documents, caste certificates, photos of students admitted in CHNR and verification of I.D. proof, income certificates of parents during enrollment of new students
- Timely student admission data update in MIS.
- **Parent and Community Outreach Program of CHNR-**
- Planning and implementing the community outreach program of CHAN.
- Planning and conducting public health awareness programs facilitated by CHAN

- **Attendance, Attrition, Intervention in student behavioral issues -**
- Follow up on student attendance and attrition.
- Interact with parents regarding student’s absenteeism and time to time motivate to the parents improve student’s attendance.
- Home visits conduct to students’ houses due to attendance, discipline issue, or any other concerns if required.
- **Other CHAN Programs -**
- Planning and implementation of collecting a nominal amount for shoes, socks, and sweaters from all the students irrespective of their poverty category if applicable.
- Recover TAB and TAB charger amount from parents who have damaged.
- Monitor and follow up on the parent volunteer program
- Planning and conducting parent training workshops for the parent community of CHAN.
- Plan and take visitors, donors, CHAN staff, and volunteers of CHAN to areas where students come to CHAN.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of [2-3] years of experience in social services, community work or working with a NGO.
- Proven experience in program management and beneficiary engagement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
