**Responsibilities**:

- Drafting of documents, letters, notices, contracts, and agreements.
- Proofreading, summarizing, and editing drafted contracts.
- Assisting credit analyst in determining complexities of the company profile, lien, and securities registration, investigating company profiles and articles of incorporation for foreign jurisdictions.
- Research and analysis of new legal jurisdiction sphering corporate and business laws

**Requirements**:

- Two years of legal research experience.
- Two years of experience in drafting legal and business documents.
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
- Ability to understand and interpret legal documents.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor of Laws - essential
- Master of laws (corporate) - (Asset)

**Job Type**: Full-time, Contract

**Work Location**: Work from the Office located at Chandigarh IT Park

**Shift Timings**: Night shifts

**Salary**: Upto ₹45,000.00 per month

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
