**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage day-to-day office and administrative operations efficiently.

Coordinate with internal departments for order, stock, and report management.

Handle product listings, inventory updates, and pricing on Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms.

Maintain records related to orders, returns, stock movement, and sales.

Monitor and update product pricing, offers, and catalogs as per market trends.

Communicate effectively in Hindi and English with team members, vendors, and customers.

Support backend activities including coordination with warehouse and courier teams.

Prepare Excel/Google Sheets reports for stock, pricing, and performance tracking.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar e-commerce tools is a plus.
- Understanding of online selling processes, product pricing, and admin coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), Google Sheets, and basic computer operations.
- Fluent in Hindi and English - both spoken and written.
- Well-organized, punctual, and able to multitask.
