**We are looking for a Female Telecaller for one of our Jaipur-based clients.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize various sources to identify and research potential customers, businesses, or individuals who may have an interest in the company's products or services.
- Initiate outbound calls to prospects to introduce the company's offerings, identify their needs, and establish rapport.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the company's products or services to potential customers, highlighting how they can meet their specific needs.
- Understand the requirements and pain points of potential customers, gathering relevant information to tailor sales pitches and provide appropriate solutions.
- Address any concerns or objections raised by prospects, providing relevant information and positioning the company's offerings as the best solution.
- Work towards converting qualified leads into actual sales, meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospects and customers in the company's CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors, and provide feedback to the sales team and management.
- Collaborate with other sales team members, marketing, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience and foster a team-oriented sales approach.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Telecaller or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Persuasive and confident demeanor with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
- Persistent and result-oriented attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales-related tools.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using productivity tools.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:
