We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic professional, passionate about advertising, to work with us.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for brand planning and brand management.
- Maintain client business relationships
- Understand client briefs and deliver effectively
- Bridging the gap between the client and the team and decoding brief's for the team
- Planning and prioritizing on accounts and their relevant projects both client facing as well as the internal delivery teams
- Actively participate in pitches and campaigns across genres
- Expert networking skills to generate new business opportunities and nurture relationships with existing clients
- Manage and follow up on all commercial aspects of the account

**Job Requirement & Skills**
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience in an Advertising Agency
- Bachelors Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field
- Independent and a good Team player, self-motivated, with determination to succeed
- Proven ability to handle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail and to deliver outputs on time to client
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Assessing new business opportunities with a strong revenue target in mind
- Understanding of digital marketing and thorough knowledge of social media would be an added advantage
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Timely and effective reporting

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
