Job Title: - Supervisor
- Division: - Operations
- Reporting to: - Operations Head
- Accountable for: - Running the Warehouse Operations

A. Duties & Responsibilities as Supervisor
- Responsible In/Out bound products.
- Man, and Materials control
- Product Receiving and Dispatching as per request
- Monitor Quality handling, record keeping
- Generate reports as per Operation Manager’s directives.

B. Drill Down of duties:

- Makes sure staffs under his control reporting on duty on time.
- Assigns daily tasks to staff.
- Verify in-bound products on arrival and notifies it to customer.
- Communicate with Customer and handles issues as directed by his managers.
- Makes sure product deliveries are affected in timely manner.
- Maintain proper records/ Hard copies and soft copies on computer System.
- Co-ordinate with Customer.
- Prepare periodical appraisals for staffs under his supervision.
- Any other duties as assigned by his managers.

C. Trainings:

- Entitled for any training as deemed necessary
- Quality trainings as deemed necessary

D. Experience and Preferred Qualifications:

- Graduation and relevant Experience of 1-2 years.

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
