**Job Title**: Community Success Associate
**Location**: Onsite, Mumbai (Vikhroli West)

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Real-Time Problem Solving**: Troubleshoot issues quickly, collaborate with internal teams for escalations, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- **Effective Communication**: Build trust with clear, empathetic written and spoken English while collecting feedback to improve platform processes.
- **Process Improvement**: Document common queries, streamline solutions, and suggest strategies to enhance customer and advisor engagement.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Excellent **communication skills** in both spoken and written English.
- Strong **problem-solving abilities**, with quick, logical thinking under pressure.
- **Empathy and patience** to understand and address customer and advisor concerns thoughtfully.
- High **attention to detail**, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and accurately.
