Receptionist/office Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Sales Handling:
- a) Drive sales initiatives and meet targets for the practice.b) Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Client Intake Management:
a) Facilitate the onboarding of new clients.b) Handle inquiries and provide detailed information about our IP services.
- IP Portfolio Management:
a) Assist in managing and organizing IP portfolios.b) Coordinate with attorneys to ensure all client needs are met efficiently.a) Perform front-desk duties including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing mail.b) Prepare and organize documents and reports for daily operations.**Qualifications**:
- Administrative Support:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
