**Job Title: Business Development and Sales Representative**

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Client Acquisition**:
- Identify and engage potential clients for our comprehensive end to end employee transportation services.
- Develop and maintain a robust client pipeline, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
2. **Relationship Management**:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
3. **Sales Strategy Execution**:
- Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and innovative approaches to enhance market presence.
4. **Proposal Development**:
- Prepare persuasive proposals and presentations for client meetings, clearly communicating the value proposition of our services.
- Address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring a thorough understanding of their requirements.
- Submissions of details for RFI, RFQ and RFP.
5. **Contract Negotiation**:
- Lead negotiations with clients to finalize contractual agreements, ensuring alignment with company goals and policies.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to facilitate contract closure.
6. **Cross-functional Collaboration**:
- Work closely with operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide valuable insights from client interactions to enhance service offerings.
- Business development of subsidiary companies.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the transportation or service industry.
- Strong understanding of employee transportation needs and challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
**Education and Experience**:
- MBA/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in business development and sales.
