**What this job involves**:
We are looking for a **Sales Representative for Gujarat** who can help manage our existing customers in the area as well as develop a pipeline for new business opportunities. You will be required to visit and interact with customers (including OEM, MRO, After sales, channel sales and government sector tend across different industries and regions in Gujarat, understand their bearing requirements and provide them with integrated solutions. An integral part of the role is to identify and connect with new customers, understand their bearing requirement, explain our product line to them and provide solutions accordingly to create value for our customers. You will be given autonomy to conduct own market research and devise your own sales strategy and find innovative ways to grow our footprint in Gujarat.

The role requires strong relationship building and communication skills, persuasion skills and a strong technical understanding of bearings and industrial landscape of Gujarat.

**What will be your responsibilities**:

- Travel extensively across different industrial regions of Gujarat to interact with existing and new customers
- Development of customers: Identify potential customers, develop an acquisition plan, set up appointments, prepare client pitch and market our products
- Understand the current bearing usage and requirements of the customer
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the customer’s company, and follow-up with them regularly on orders, technical assistance and other marketing promotions
- Interact directly with Director of Sales with updates and co-ordinate and work closely with other sales representatives Pan-India

**Who we are looking for**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering**; or higher; with minimum of **7-10 of work experience **in sales/business development in the Bearing Industry
- Should have worked within the bearing industry (either with a trader or bearing manufacturer) with experience in marketing of bearings
- A local to Gujarat who understands the industrial landscape of the region and be willing to travel 50-80% of the time.
- Location: Anywhere in Gujarat; preferably Ahmedabad, Varodara, Surat or Rajkot
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to develop/maintain productive business relationship and persuade/influence directly and indirectly
- Ability to work independently

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Travel requirement:

- Up to 70% travel

**Experience**:

- Sales: 5 years (required)
- Bearing Sales: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Gujarati (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (required)
